Birthdays for February 7-13

Featuring Kathryn Newton, Emma Roberts, Chloë Grace Moretz, Natalie Dormer, Christina Ricci, and more!

raffish

Another busy birthday week kicks off on February 7 with Deborah Ann Woll, known to DiD fans for Marvel's Daredevil but especially for True Blood, where she was stripped to her pink undies for a major multi-damsel bondage-fest in the final season. (If you prefer the scene without male interference, we can help with that.)

On February 8, Anna Hutchinson turns 35, and we'll enthusiastically endorse her big cleave-gag moment in Spartacus. She's joined by rising star Kathryn Newton, who's already received recent attention on our front page for 2020's Freaky. February 9 brings us Rose Leslie, whose lengthy bed tie in 2014's Honeymoon doesn't include a gag and won't be to everyone's taste, but we didn't want to overlook her.

February 10 is a huge day for birthdays, starting with Laura Dern. Sadly, her DiD resumé is far shorter than her stack of awards, but her scene in Down Came a Blackbird (1995) remains worth a look. English actress Keeley Hawes is turning 45, with a much longer DiD resumé that's highlighted by a major hogtie scene in Ashes to Ashes. Emma Roberts turns 30; we're guessing that most DiD fans will easily recall last year's hype over her bit-gag scene that opens The Hunt. Last but certainly not least, we have Chloë Grace Moretzand we're posting a fresh edit of 2019's Greta just for the occasion.

February 11 begins with veteran actress Tina Louise, but we had a tough time choosing just one of her scenes, so we flipped our trusty three-sided coin and it came up Police Story. She's joined by Natalie Dormer, whose long filmography includes a DiD scene from In Darkness (2018) that begins rather violently but turns out okay in the end. And the day's last birthday candle goes to Sarah Butler, whose unique tie in Infidelity in Suburbia (2017) is overshadowed by her truly massive knotted cleave gag.

On February 12, it's Sarah Lancaster's turn for cake. Fans of '90s damsels may recall her memorable teen scene in Pacific Blue, but this week we'll celebrate that time she got all taped up in a car trunk as an adult in A Woman Betrayed. She shares the day with Christina Ricci and her eyes, all of whom turn up in the second half of our edit of That Darn Cat v2.0.

We close the week on February 13 with Kelly Hu, whose defining DiD moment occurred during her lead role in the '90s series Martial Law. And let's not forget Mena Suvari, whose resumé includes a few scenes on South of Hell, including this quickie in which she's cleave gagged and stripped to her undies.

Editor's Note: As promised, our updates to the last couple clips on this week's playlist are now in place!
