What to say about Flower and Snake (aka Hana to hebi) that hasn't been said already? If you're not familiar with the 1974 or 2004 films, we can recommend the Wikipedia pages at the links for much intriguing background concerning these classic (and some would say completely over-the-top) Japanese productions. Apart from that, we're content to let them speak for themselves. They won't be to everyone's taste, but there's no denying that they've earned their place in any serious retrospective of mainstream entertainment that caters to a BDSM audience.

I should note that we've relaxed our usual self-imposed restrictions just slightly for these films, with respect to the total runtime of our edits. In my estimation, this allowed us to do them proper justice and provide a satisfying overview of what you'll find within, which would have been difficult if not impossible otherwise. Even so, plenty of scenes of interest ended up on the cutting-room floor. Allow us to recommend the Blu-rays for the full experience!
