Time for some fresh fun! As we celebrate the holiday season (and the upcoming second anniversary of ScreenTies), we wanted to do something special, but we already tackled the Christmas playlist last year...and new holiday scenes since then have been in short supply. So instead, we decided to compile our first-ever lists of the best scenes of the year.

Here's the first installment, in which our distinguished panel of judges and assorted ne'er-do-wells chose 20 of the best DiD scenes in feature films that hit the big (or small) screen in 2022. In the coming weeks, we'll honor TV scenes as well. With so many notable scenes being released these days, we're sure we missed something...feel free to take us to task in the comments!
