It's always fun when, just as you figure that the available releases of a famous scene have pretty much hit the quality limit that the original recording will allow, it turns out that there's a better version just waiting for its moment.

So it is with Partners in Crime, one of those formula crime series from the 1980s that didn't last long (only thirteen episodes) but left us with a scene for the ages in the episode "Getting in Shape." We thank YouTube poster Don Jack, Steve on Brian's Page, and ace editor John Taylor for the trip down memory lane.

And since a playlist with only one clip is a sad little playlist indeed, we've fleshed it out with a few additional scenes featuring its two famous actresses.

Ms. Carter, of course, was the star of TV's original Wonder Woman series, which produced well over a dozen scenes of interest to DiD fans—almost all of which can be found on ScreenTies, and mostly in true 1080p, courtesy of über-editor Sam. We've also included her scene from The Last Song (1980), which is pretty much required viewing for fans of nasty little perils with happy endings.

Ms. Anderson's DiD resumé is a lot shorter, but apart from one other minor scene from Partners (with no gag and a guy), she did have a cute scene alongside onscreen daughter Pamela Anderson in V.I.P. (And no, just in case you were wondering: in real life there's absolutely no relation.)
